Tower Press

The Tower Press product line is designed for high-efficiency sludge dewatering, with an emphasis on operator accessibility and process control. It features an optimized pressure zone to achieve higher cake dryness than conventional horizontal belt press configurations. As a vertical belt press design, it increases dry solids content by extending retention time and improving the effectiveness of each dewatering stage through increased belt wrap and improved gravity-assisted drainage as material moves upward through the pressure zone. The 205° minimum belt wrap at each roller increases contact time under compression while allowing water to drain away from the cake at each stage, improving separation compared to conventional horizontal configurations. A patented stainless steel drip pan system beneath each roller further prevents rewetting and enhances overall dewatering efficiency. The design also includes a larger, adjustable wedge zone and a lower gravity section, improving visibility and access for operators without requiring elevated platforms.

The BP6000 Series reimagines the traditional horizontal belt filter press. The Sentry Press is a three-belt belt filter press designed for high-capacity sludge dewatering, incorporating a vertical pressure zone to efficiently process low-density and biological sludges. The independent three-belt design separates the gravity belt thickening (GBT) section from the shear and pressure zones, allowing belt speeds to be controlled independently. A dedicated gravity deck with an even lower profile than the Tower Press improves operator visibility and access, while the isolated pressure zone enhances process control. BP 8000

The BP8000 is a three-belt belt filter press designed to combine gravity belt thickening (GBT) and mechanical dewatering into a single, compact system. Utilizing a horizontal pressure zone configuration, it is well suited for facilities with space constraints or applications where sludge volumes exceed the capacity of traditional belt filter presses. The independent three-belt design allows the gravity deck to operate at higher speeds to accommodate increased feed rates, while the wedge and pressure zones maintain slower belt speeds to maximize retention time and dewatering efficiency.
